About the Role
To lead and develop the company's strategy team, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of insight-driven strategic and tactical plans.
Responsibilities
- To lead and oversee the development of robust, insight-driven (digital and creative) strategic solutions that address brand and customer challenges
- To drive organic growth and new business opportunities in the strategic offering of the agency
- To provide strategic direction to clients and colleagues
Key tasks
- Implement the development of communications strategy and integrated digital campaign planning
- Mapping of the customer experience, identifying key challenges and opportunities
- Identify strategic growth opportunities and develop new methodologies and offerings for clients

You must be able to go into their central London office at least one day per week.
At least 10 years experience in a similar role in healthcare communications is key.
