Our client, a very well-established global med comms business, are looking for a Medical Team Lead to join them.

The Client:
The Medical Team Lead will provide operational leadership for internal teams and designated client accounts. They will be responsible for developing high-quality programmes of work and strategic scientific documents, being a key point of contact for clients and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and motivate team members, adhering to policies and procedures
• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
• Brief, manage and mentor team members
• Manage resource planning and forecasting for designated accounts
About You
• Proven experience in a senior medical writing role within an agency or pharmaceutical environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures
• Strong project management skills, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
• In-depth knowledge of industry guidelines and legislation
• A proactive approach to learning and development, with a commitment to sharing knowledge and mentoring junior team members
