Role Summary

Our client is looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join their team. Our client is an independent healthcare communications agency bringing science to life through creative digital experiences.

The role:

Design impactful digital communications for life-changing medicines, technologies, and complex disease areas.

Champion creative excellence while acting as a brand guardian across all digital outputs.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end digital design from concept to final delivery across multiple platforms.
• Create engaging visual solutions that simplify complex scientific and clinical content.
• Ensure all work meets brand, accessibility, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with creative, medical, strategy, development, and external partners.
• Develop client-ready concepts, prototypes, mock-ups, and pitch materials.
• Build and evolve design systems, visual identities, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Adapt global creative toolkits for local markets while maintaining consistency.
• Drive improvements in digital design processes, quality, and team capability.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency under tight deadlines.

Candidates must have

    • 4–6 years' experience in senior digital design (healthcare agency experience preferred).
      • Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
      • Strong experience creating high-fidelity prototypes.
      • Understanding of front-end development principles and motion design.
      • Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel digital campaigns.
      • Excellent knowledge of brand systems and visual identity.
      • Confident presenting ideas and explaining design decisions.
      • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
