We are looking for an experienced Events Manager to join one of our London clients to lead the delivery of UK and international pharmaceutical meetings, congresses and events.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves end-to-end event management, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to deliver exceptional events.
The Role:
✨ Managing pharmaceutical events from initial planning through to on-site delivery and post-event reconciliation
✨ Managing timelines, budgets, suppliers, venues and logistics
✨ Coordinating speakers, HCP contracts, travel, accommodation and delegates
✨ Managing registration platforms such as Cvent
✨ Building strong client relationships and providing strategic event solutions
✨ Ensuring events are delivered to the highest standards and in line with ABPI, EFPIA and GDPR requirements
✨ Managing multiple projects and stakeholders across a diverse client portfolio
What they’re looking for:
🔹 2+ years’ experience managing pharmaceutical meetings, congresses or events
🔹 Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance and audit close-out processes
🔹 Experience with speaker contracts and logistics
🔹 UK & international event delivery experience
🔹 Strong budget management and financial reconciliation skills
🔹 Excellent organisation, communication and negotiation skills
🔹 Someone who is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Flexibility to travel internationally when required
🔹 A curious, adaptable mindset and enthusiasm for using AI and emerging technology in the workplace
