Account Director (Medical Education- Healthcare Communications)

Role Summary

The ideal candidate will have established experience at Account Director level and will be responsible for leading the design/implementation of their medical education programmes, as well as providing mentorship support to their existing team. These roles have come up due to recent growth.

The Client

Working with an exceptional clientele of leading pharmaceutical clients, this agency specialises in medical education, with their work including; meetings, content, webinars, commercial work/writing (as well as a small amount of publications work) across both UK and EU markets. They work across a broad range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, rheumatology, haematology, diabetes, auto-immune, HIV and Hep C.

Location

  • Buckinghamshire (Hybrid- Must be able to attend the office twice per week)

Candidates must have 

  • Established med comms experience at AD level
  • Ability to lead accounts and grow organically
  • Team leadership experience
